Sun Pharma creates comfortable conditions for young professionals
The company implements a special support program to launch a career
"Biosintez", the Sun Pharma manufacturing site in Russia, implements a special program that allows both to master a profession and to receive the required assistance to launch a career. This project is aimed at attracting specialized graduates of universities and colleges to the Company’s staff, developing labor skills and interests in pharmaceutical production.
After graduation, alums come to the Company with a package of specialized knowledge and gain the experience required for further growth under the supervision of mentors.
The Young Specialist program guarantees employment based on qualifications, the opportunity for professional development, and also contains a package of important financial support: a one-time allowance, payment of housing rental costs, annual additional payments, reimbursement of expenses for attending state preschool educational institutions by children.
To become a participant in the program is simple: a person should ask of the relevant vacancies at the Company and fill an application.
During the program implementation course, more than 30 young specialists were employed. Many of them became involved in important projects since the first days of work. For example, a team of fledgling metrology engineers was able to effectively implement the engineering part of the “Labelling of Medicines” project, quickly mastering the organizational, production, and regulatory requirements.
